Icarus (RD13) and the KK2

So I decide to get the KK2 flying and tuned up for a small performance type quad. Icarus is a samll CF frame with powerful motors and 8 inch props, perfect for the experiment.

First I removed the KK board that was on on it.

Next I needed a mounting system, so I used a trusty 45 degree FC adapter/ PDB from GLB

Sandwiched the RX in there

and mounted the KK2 over that.

then the configuration went well, and I tuned it until it was VERY flyable indoors,

and finally the RTF version
