Wow, dues to an incorrect FC orientation (it was off by 90 degrees) It was not able to get off the ground, now that it is corrected, It flies on defaults, but needs tuning. I will try these settings: Accel P = 3.1 Accel I = 0.15 Accel D = -0.1 Gyro P = 60 Gyro D = -300
