RD4 was built by Myself and My bro Duane (Bam Bam). He did a great deal of work on his "baby" This Octo has yet to fly but flight tests are coming soon. This UAV will be flying over and monitoring and filming the potential flood threats in the Hay River Delta during floodwatch this spring.
